Welcome to SHAMS ENGLISH MEDIUM SCHOOL
Shams English Medium School is run and managed by Tarbiat Education Society (Regd.) recognised U/S. 80G of the Income Tax Act 1961. No. T-41/80G(R)/CIT/MNG/2010-11. Constituted by Idara Tarbiat-e-Ikhwan, Bhatkal. It comprises Nursery, Primary and High School sections. The main aim of this institution is to bring in all round development in the children in an Islamic way. Special stress is laid upon discipline and building of Islamic character.
The Shams English Medium School was started in the year 1971. The Primary Section took its origin in the year 1981. And the High School section got its way in 1993. Now we are proud to say that we have grown up from Nursery to the SSLC by the grace of Allah, the Almighty. The School is unaided but recognized by the Government of Karnataka.
Shams students have performed extremely well in comparison with other schools in the region.
